We do not sell your personal information. We share only as needed to operate the site:

Public vs. Private Memories

When you create a memory you can choose to make it public. Public memories may be visible to anyone visiting the site. Private memories are restricted to family areas of the site. You can also opt in to receive notifications.

Google Sign-In

If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account email and display name. We use this information to identify your submissions and pre-fill forms. You can revoke our access at any time in your Google Account settings. We do not request access to your Google contacts, files, or calendars.

reCAPTCHA

This site is protected by reCAPTCHA and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

Data Retention

We retain submissions (memories, comments, RSVPs) as part of the memorial record unless you request deletion or we remove content for policy reasons. Server logs are retained for a limited time for security and diagnostics.

Children

Daddy-O is intended for people 13+ and is not directed to children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We’ll update the “Last updated” date and post the new version here.
